"We've reached the stage of the cycle where people start thinking about taking some time out,” says Brian Hamill, chairman of search firm Redgrave Partners. “In private equity, where funds have large amounts of uninvested cash, there's a growing feeling that it's worth taking six months off until valuations come down – it's no good pushing water uphill."

I really don’t know how to thank your company for supporting our ‘cancer crusade’ with such enthusiasm. I suspect the advertising world would consider ‘Redgrave Partners’ ejected cartridges, that flashed past our eyes, as slightly subliminal. However, I hope the combination of the advert in the brochure, the huge banners and my public vote of thanks helped to spread the word of the new ‘brand’. What I do know, having received over 200 emails and letters, was this was a much appreciated, hugely entertaining and financially successful day. I can not thank you enough and if and when my team moves you have my business!
