Sebastien Cavanagh
Head of Practice

Sebastien studied Psychology at University College of London and has over 12 years experience in recruitment and Search working with one of the most successful global recruitment firms developing their retail and luxury brand portfolio.

In 2005 Sebastien joined a well known boutique search firm specialising in Retail, Luxury and Fashion brands. He was made a Partner after 18 months and helped develop the business proposition across Europe and Asia working with some of the worlds most renowned retail and consumer driven brands.  In September 2010 Sebastien joined Redgrave Partners to help build the consumer practice with a particular focus on Retail, Luxury, FMCG, Private Equity and E-commerce.

Sebastien has a good understanding of the Consumer industry having worked with a variety of organisations across Europe, Far East the USA. His areas of expertise include specialisms within senior management - Sales and Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, and Supply Chain and Logistics.
 

Hugo Shorten
Principal Consultant

Having graduated from Manchester University with a BA (Hons) in American Studies, Hugo initially worked with the UK’s largest independent financial recruitment firm.  Having established a strong client base within the retail and FMCG sectors, Hugo transitioned across to the Finance & Strategy team at Imprint Search and Selection.  With responsibility for a number of the Group’s highest profile accounts, he became one of the founding members of Redgrave’s Consumer Practice. 
 
With 12 years recruitment experience, Hugo has a track-record of success in executing senior Finance and Strategy and appointments across the retail and FMCG sectors. 

Hugo has delivered challenging assignments across the UK, Europe and South East Asia and has worked successfully with FTSE100 PLC’s and SME’s alike.  The common theme across his diverse client base is that the attraction of human capital remains at the top of the corporate agenda.  Through his extensive network Hugo is well positioned to continue to deliver for clients who share this vision for their Finance and Strategy functions within Consumer and associated industries.

Nick Enderby
Principal Consultant

Following an early career in retail management, Nick moved into commercial recruitment before joining a London based boutique search and selection firm specifically focused on the retail sector.  Since that time Nick has gone on to establish himself as a leading retail expert having partnered with many of UK’s most well known and respected High Street brands.

Nick joined Redgrave Partners from the global retail practice of a leading international executive search firm and brings with him a wealth of experience, an extensive network of contacts and a strong track record of delivery.

Principal areas of expertise across the sector comprise senior management to board level hires in Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Wholesale, Property and Marketing, both across the UK and overseas markets.
