On graduating, Kate worked in Paris for several years, managing a wide range of training courses for businesses throughout France. On her return to the UK, Kate joined a US-based international recruitment consultancy where she focused on delivering Finance assignments in a range of consumer industries.
In 2004 Kate joined Redgrave Partners, managing senior retained mandates for many of the UK’s largest and most successful retailers as well as niche players in the sector. With nearly fifteen years experience, Kate now leads the Consumer Practice at Redgrave Partners.
Flemming Hansen
Principal
After graduating from a leading Danish university with a degree in Hospitality Management, Flemming has lived and worked in both Europe and North America. Flemming has over ten years recruitment experience and began his career with a leading international leisure and hospitality recruitment business. Following this experience, he was invited to become an Associate Partner with a boutique search firm specialising in senior mandates within both Leisure and Hospitality sectors.
In August 2008, Flemming joined Redgrave Partners as a Principal within the Consumer Practice and will be responsible for further developing Redgrave’s Leisure and Consumer proposition. His primary focus is on managing senior mandates at management to board level within FTSE listed, SMEs and private equity backed clients.
