Head of Practice, Infrastructure

Dan joined a global recruitment company after graduating from the University of London with First Class (Hons) in business management. He spent five years recruiting within the Financial Services specialism where he developed and managed the Investment Management & Global Custody practice.

In 2001, Daniel joined a specialist financial services search & selection company specialising in Prime Broking, Equity Finance & Global Custody search before joining Redgrave in 2005.

 

Nicole Brooke
Human Resource Specialist

Nicole Brooke began her career as a Human Resource Generalist within a Global Aerospace Organisation. She has specialised in the recruitment of Human Resource executives for over 7 years. Prior to joining Redgrave Partners, Nicole founded and ran a Human Resource Practice within a City based boutique across the Financial Services sector in a range of businesses, both public and private. Nicole is a Human Resource graduate and is CIPD qualified.

The infrastructure of a financial institution underpins every part of its business and is critical to its ability to operate efficiently and effectively. Our Infrastructure team works across the three financial services sectors – investment banking, asset & wealth management and custody & securities services – helping leading organisations to attract high calibre talent into these key roles.

The team’s breadth of experience enables us to complete assignments at all executive levels in Operations, Finance, Strategy/Change and Human Resources.  We are dedicated to building tailored, long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships with both clients and candidates alike.
