Head of Practice, Foreign Exchange
Clint joined Redgrave Partners in 2010 as Practice Head for FX with responsibility for assignments across Trading, Sales, Structuring and Strategy.
He has twenty years’ plus experience in executive recruitment within the Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates marketplace. Clint began his career in the financial markets in London where he worked as an institutional foreign exchange dealer for thirteen years.
Clint has been instrumental in building the FX Sales function of many international banks, and has established strong relationships with a number of blue chip buy side clients.
Since joining Redgrave Clint has successfully completed a searches for a Global Head of Foreign Exchange, A Head of Trading and Front Office strategy and has worked on multiple pan-European assignments for a top 5 FX Bank advising them on their EMEA build-out in FX.
