Global Head of Equity Products

John spent 17 years within the City of London, holding senior Trading and Sales Trading positions at NatWest Markets, Dresdner Kleinwort, PaineWebber, and JP Morgan. 

John founded JM Search & Select Limited in 2001. A London based boutique search firm, offering targeted solutions covering Front Office Trading and Sales Trading across Equities, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance and Prime Services. By 2005, the company remit had extended to cover Asian Search and Execution based in Hong Kong. 

In 2011 John joined Carmichael Fisher, based in London, responsible for the Capital Markets business globally covering Equities , Equity Derivatives & FICC

John joined Redgrave Partners in January 2012 and is responsible for the Equities Product Group, Globally based in London. 

John is a Freeman of the City of London and a Member of the Guild of International Bankers. 

Areas of specialist coverage: 

Equities, Electronic Trading Services, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance, Prime Services and Synthetic Equity Linked Products across Sales and Trading.

Execution & Research             

Having left full time education, Luke joined JM Search in September in 2010 and was responsible for business support. In March 2011, he joined Carmichael Fisher Capital Markets supporting the Global Head in a research and execution capacity.  

Luke joined Redgrave Partners in January 2012, and works within the Global Equities Product Group, in a research and execution function
