Global Head of Financial Services Practice
Initially working in Equities, post ‘big bang’ Tony moved into Capital Markets Origination & Sales at a European bank focusing on origination and distribution of debt and off balance sheet products.
Tony moved into executive search in 1988 joining a respected Executive Search Boutique, HW / TMP concentrating on Fixed Income, Rates and Derivatives. He was a main board director and instrumental in several of the firm’s acquisitions and post its sale to TMP left to form his own business Marshall Warburton which he owned and ran until 2002.
In 2002, Tony was approached and joined Management Consulting Firm A.T. Kearney as Partner and Head of the firm’s European Financial Services practice, responsible for developing the firms Global Markets offering across its 10 offices in Europe and concentrating on developing its client strategy and delivering senior assignments and advising the firms clients on strategic human capital issues at a number of Investment banks. He left the firm post its IPO in 2006.
In 2007, Tony joined the Tardis Group as Head of the Global markets Practice with the mandate to grow the firm’s retained client base within EMEA across all Financial services. He is an active member of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA).
Tony joined Redgrave as Global Head of the firms Financial Services Practice in 2012.
Tina Rasmussen

Tina began working in recruitment in 1997 with a global recruitment firm, moving to a boutique executive search firm concentrating on Derivatives for Global Financial markets covering mandates across Flow and Exotic Rates, Credit Derivatives, Hybrid Derivatives, Pensions and Insurance Solutions and Structured products Sales. She covered assignments and projects in Europe, North America and Asia.
She subsequently joined an international financial services executive search firm in 2009 to work within their FICC division taking responsibility for executing assignments across the Fixed Income and Interest Rate markets for EMEA.
In January 2012 Tina joined Redgrave Partners as a Consultant in the FICC practice with the mandate to further develop Redgrave’s capability globally across the Interest Rate and Fixed Income market place.
