Neil MacKinnon
Head of Practice
Neil MacKinnon graduated from Edinburgh University in 1985 with a law degree and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in both Scotland and England.
He worked in Asia for 5 years as a corporate finance lawyer in the Hong Kong office of Stephenson Harwood.
Neil spent the next 10 years in London with Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Credit Suisse marketing global emerging market equities to institutional clients in the UK and Scandinavia. In 2003 he joined a specialist pan-European investment funds team at ABN AMRO selling a range of alternative investment products to a broad client base including private wealth management groups, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices.
Prior to joining Redgrave Partners, Neil was a Director of a global executive search firm in London executing senior level assignments across Global Markets.
Bob Kondal
Bob studied Maths & Physics at Edinburgh University. He joined a city recruitment firm during their formative years and was a key figure within the company having helped to build the financial franchise into one of the most successful in the City. He left after five years with the firm as manager of the contract division for London and the South East.
Bob worked as a derivatives trader advising high net worth individuals on Equities, FX and Commodities before returning to the search industry with Norman Broadbent in the financial services team. He joined Redgrave Partners in 2006.
