Sabin Patankar joined Redgrave Partners in 2009 bringing over twelve years experience in executive search to her current role as Head of Practice. Prior to her career at Redgrave Partners, Sabin led the London practice of a specialist legal executive search business for six years. Sabin started her executive search career in London and New York as a senior consultant at a leading financial services executive search firm. Here she specialised in senior level searches in investment banking, corporate finance/M&A, Private Equity and also infrastructure placements across a wide geographical spread which included the UK, Continental Europe and the US.
