Chris has over fifteen years experience in executive recruitment within the European technology marketplace. He started his executive recruitment career within a specialist search business before setting up his own firm which focused on delivering talent in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.

In January 2006 Chris joined Korn/ Ferry Futurestep as UK Head of Technology where he built a team of dedicated technology experts completing mandates across the Communications, Hardware, Software, IT & Professional Services sectors. In April 2007 Chris became European Head of Technology leveraging the firms’ local relationships across borders. He was responsible for a team of 40 across 9 offices in 7 countries throughout Europe.

In November 2008 Chris Joined Redgrave Partners LLP  as Practice Head for Technology with responsibility for further developing relationships within the Software, Hardware, IT and Professional Services sectors.

Our Professional Services practice has a dedicated team of experts who have a track record in placing outstanding talent into consulting or functional positions, with particular experience of working with management and strategy consultancies, accounting firms and the leading IT outsourcing and integration providers. We manage senior mandates at a variety of levels from Principal Consultant to Partner level as well as senior functional management hires.
