Chris spent almost 10 years in the City culminating in over three years trading options on the LIFFE floor. In 1998 Chris joined an emerging markets focussed recruitment business before joining a global recruitment company, where he worked in London, Geneva and Zurich. Upon his return from Switzerland Chris joined one of the leading Executive Interim management businesses in the UK where he built and developed their international and emerging market desk. Chris joined Redgrave Partners in 2008 bringing over 10 years of recruitment experience and an extensive knowledge of the UK and international interim recruitment marketplace.
