The Consumer Financial Services Sector has experienced significant change and development over the course of the past decade. As a number of niche-based players have entered the market with increasingly diversified value propositions complemented by the rapid development of sophisticated e-commerce capabilities, the competition for customers is more pronounced than ever before.

Our Institutional clients have responded to these challenges by driving innovation in their product portfolios, widening their distribution channels and increasing their efforts to attract and retain the brightest talent in the marketplace. While industry leaders have often been reluctant to consider Executive hires without the requisite Financial Services background, the growing emphasis on the value of commercial and leadership behaviours in the senior talent pool has made the sector increasingly more accessible.

The Insurance industry is a key contributor to the economy, a major employer and a significant source of overseas earnings.
