In what has been an unparalleled recent period of consumer confidence underpinned by a buoyant economic climate, the Consumer Financial Services sector has experienced record levels of growth and success. As a number of niche-based players have entered the market with increasingly diversified value propositions complemented by the rapid development of sophisticated e-commerce capabilities, the competition for customers is currently more pronounced than ever before.

Our Institutional clients have responded to these challenges by driving innovation in their product portfolios, widening their distribution channels and increasing their efforts to attract and retain the brightest talent in the marketplace. While industry leaders have often been reluctant to consider Executive hires without the requisite Financial Services background, the growing emphasis on the value of commercial and leadership behaviours in the senior talent pool has made the sector increasingly more accessible.

Redgrave Partners has an established track-record in the identification and introduction of high-calibre senior management and Board level talent to organisations spanning the Retail Banking, Cards & Loans, Mortgages, General Insurance, Life Assurance and Lloyds Market sectors. Our dedicated Practice team have considerable experience in resourcing within the disciplines of Finance, Strategy, Operations, Technology, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Commercial & General Management.
