Matthew joined Redgrave Partners in 2004, where he is a specialist consultant with extensive experience of delivering mandates across the media, entertainment, digital and communications space, focusing on management to board level hires across all functional areas. In 2007, Matthew was promoted to Head of Media Practice.

Matthew has over 13 years recruitment experience; having commenced his career working for a global recruitment business in both its London and Surrey offices; where he was consistently a leading performer in the UK.
