James has over thirteen years in the search industry, specifically serving the global TMT sector.
James always focuses on leveraging market insights and knowledge to foster long term and mutually beneficial client relationships. His work expands across new ventures and SMEs, multi-billion revenue network operators and international management consultancies. Regular clients include Vodafone, Telefonica, BT, Cable & Wireless, LiMo Foundation and Virgin Media. James’s experience provides him with an extensive network across general management, finance, technology and marketing, allowing his clients access to the very best leadership talent.
Prior to joining Redgrave Partners, James was responsible for leading the Technology and Telecoms Practice with one of the UK’s leading Executive Search firms. James’s earlier career spanned seven years in Hong Kong and London.
James holds a BSc from Oxford Brooks University. Outside of work, his interests include golf, cricket, rugby and his wife and four children. He lives in London.
