Mike Smith started his career within the Headhunting industry in 2001 upon graduating when he joined a leading global recruitment firm, working within the banking and finance division based at their City office. He subsequently joined a leading international executive search firm in 2003 to work within their wealth management division. His focus here spanned across all of Europe both onshore and offshore, in addition to offshore markets including Middle East, Latin America and Asia. During his time in Wealth Management, Mike has worked for a range of clients, from large International Private Banks as well as extensively for the boutique multi family office community. Mike has built a strong track record of completing searches for senior management, functional heads, asset gatherers, relationship managers, investment product and trust specialists throughout the UK, Middle East, European, Swiss and Latin American markets.
