Brian Hamill, Chairman
Brian is a founding Partner of Redgrave Partners LLP. After graduating with a business studies degree in 1986, Brian worked in the US before moving to London where he founded Walker Hamill in 1989, building it into an international recruitment firm. Following its sale to Marlborough International Plc in 1998, he was appointed to the board as an Executive Director, where his remit included responsibility for international acquisitions and management of group operations in Europe.
In 2001, he floated Imprint Plc as a start-up on AIM, building it into one of the leading European recruitment firms, with over 500 staff and 15 offices in 9 countries. One of the most experienced search professionals in the UK, he has wide experience of recruiting within both public companies and private equity funds in addition to senior mandates within the investment banking sector.
