Paul Fox, Partner (Argyll Scott)
Paul is a founding Partner of Redgrave Partners LLP. After graduating from Queens University in Belfast, Paul completed an MBA and joined a FTSE 100 Retailer in a number of management roles before entering a leading international recruitment business where he focused on recruiting into a number of consumer and business-to-business industries.
In 2002, Paul joined Imprint Search and Selection developing its consumer business before going on to lead a number of successful teams across a range of functional areas. Following the launch of Redgrave, Paul managed and developed the Commerce and Industry practice areas within Redgrave Partners. Paul is now responsible for the management and development of Redgrave's middle management recruitment brand, Argyll Scott.
